Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Budget Analyst to strengthen financial management across the organization located in Southeastern, OH. The role focuses on creating and analyzing budgets to support strategic decision making and fiscal discipline.

You will prepare monthly budget reports, monitor expenditures, forecast needs, oversee grant spending, and ensure compliance with funding requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis experience.
• Experience in accounting or other financial management fields is required.
• Advanced Excel and accounting databases skills are required.
• Knowledge of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, analyzes, and reviews budget proposals and funding requests for external funding, including grants.
• Prepares comprehensive reports relating to budgets, revisions, and performance.
• Participates in operating budgets and revisions.
• Reviews and monitors grant expenditures.
• Monitors budgets and notifies leadership of variances.
• Oversees expenditure tracking and trend identification.
• Provides technical assistance to managers.
• Enters budget amendments and runs queries in Financial Edge or Yardi.
• Interfaces with funders to resolve issues and ensures compliance with funding requirements.
• Travels within designated service area and performs other duties as assigned.
