Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Budget Analyst to manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and support grant compliance. The role involves preparing detailed monthly budget reports, forecasting needs, and assisting with grant close-out reporting across Southeast and Central Ohio.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in accounting/financial analysis, strong Excel skills, and experience with grant accounting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience required.
• Advanced Excel and accounting databases knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, analyzes, and reviews budget proposals and funding requests for external funding, including grants.
• Prepares comprehensive budget reports and revisions for leadership review.
• Monitors budgets and notifies leadership of significant variances.
• Oversees grant expenditures and assists with grant close-out reporting.
• Generates budget-to-actual financial reporting and supports forecasting.
