Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Budget Analyst in Southeastern Ohio. The role focuses on creating and analyzing budgets, forecasting needs, and promoting fiscal discipline across the organization.

Responsibilities include monthly budget reporting, variance monitoring, and grant expenditure tracking. The position requires 2 years of accounting or financial analysis experience and a strong command of Excel; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• A high school degree or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in public/ business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, analyzes, and reviews budget proposals and funding requests, including grants.
• Prepares detailed monthly budget reports and budget revisions.
• Monitors budgets and notifies leadership of variances; takes corrective action.
• Oversees expenditure and tracks grant expenditures; assists with grant close-out reporting.
