Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Southeastern Ohio is seeking a Budget Analyst to manage budgets, produce monthly financial reports, and guide strategic decisions with solid financial analysis.

You will monitor expenditures, forecast needs, oversee grant spending, and collaborate with program managers to ensure fiscal discipline and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Two years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis experience required.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations required.
• Advanced Excel and accounting databases knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, analyzes, and reviews budget proposals and funding requests for external funding.
• Prepares comprehensive reports related to budgets, revisions, and performance.
• Participates in operating budgets and budget revisions.
• Monitors grant expenditures and notifies leadership of variances.
• Ensures compliance with funding requirements and assists with close-out reporting.
