Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Southeastern Ohio seeks a Budget Analyst to manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The role focuses on monthly budget reports, monitoring expenditures, and guiding grant spending and close-out reporting to ensure fiscal discipline.

The candidate will work with department managers, perform budget amendments, and assist with regulatory compliance. A strong Excel/Accounting background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• 2+ years accounting or financial analysis experience required.
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills required.
• Knowledge of grants management and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and review budgets and funding requests for external funding, including grants.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on budgets, revisions, performance, and related analyses.
• Monitor expenditures and alert leadership to variances.
• Oversee grant spending and assist with grant close-out reporting.
• Support Corporate Controller and Financial Manager to ensure regulatory compliance and timely invoicing.
