Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Southeastern, OH is seeking a Budget Analyst to ensure effective financial management across the organization. You will create and analyze budgets to support strategic decision making and fiscal discipline.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, accounting, finance, or related field is preferred.
• 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping experience, or financial analysis are required.
• Experience in accounting or other financial management fields is required.
• Understanding of applicable laws and regulations is required.
• Advanced Excel and accounting databases skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, analyzes, and reviews budget proposals and funding requests for external funding, including grants.
• Prepares reports related to budgets, revisions, and performance.
• Participates in operating budgets and revisions.
• Monitors budgets and notifies leadership of variances.
• Oversees expenditures and identifies spending trends; takes corrective action.
• Ensures compliance with funding requirements and manages grant expenditures.
