Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded behavioral health organization serving Southeast and Central Ohio. ISBH seeks a Budget Analyst to manage budgets, forecast needs, and support strategic decision making across the organization.

Responsibilities include preparing monthly budget reports, monitoring expenditures, and overseeing grant spending. The role emphasizes compliance, accurate reporting, and collaboration with leadership to optimize costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in public administration, business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis experience required.
• Advanced Excel and accounting databases experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, analyzes, and reviews budget proposals and funding requests for external funding, including grants.
• Prepares detailed reports on budgets, revisions, performance, and budget to actual comparisons.
• Monitors budgets and notifies leadership of significant variances.
• Oversees grant expenditures and ensures compliance with funding requirements.
• Generates and records budget amendments and runs queries/reports in Financial Edge or Yardi.
