Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Budget Analyst in Southeastern, OH. You will develop and analyze budgets, monitor expenditures, and forecast financial needs while ensuring grant compliance and accuracy.

The role involves routine reporting, variances analysis, and coordination with senior finance leadership. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 2 years of accounting/financial analysis; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field; high school diploma or GED required.
• Advanced Excel and accounting databases experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and review budget proposals and funding requests including grants.
• Create monthly budget reports and monitor expenditures.
• Assist with grant spending, close-out reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Enter budget amendments and run queries/reports in Financial Edge or Yardi.
• Support Accounts Receivable and assist with budget-to-actual analysis.
• Produce budgets and forecasts in collaboration with Corporate Controller/Finance Manager.
