Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Budget Analyst to manage and analyze budgets across the organization in Southeastern Ohio. The role focuses on forecasting, cost optimization, and ensuring fiscal discipline through detailed monthly reporting and variance analyses.

The successful candidate will handle grant expenditures, assist with grant close-out reporting, and provide technical support to managers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting or financial analysis experience required.
• Experience with grants and budget management is preferred.
• Strong Excel and data reporting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepares detailed monthly budget reports and analyses.
• Monitors expenditures and notifies leadership of variances.
• Oversees grant spending and grant close-out reporting.
• Assists with budgets and forecasts and supports financial planning.
• Generates budget-to-actual reports and financial queries.
