Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the US to drive growth, client relationships, and branch profitability. You will lead recruiting, training, and development of staff while ensuring top-tier service to candidates and clients.

Responsibilities include expanding accounts, managing SLAs, pay/bill rate negotiations, and delivering quarterly business reviews. Strong sales leadership and HR/operations collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increasing responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Meet client requirements and SLAs; ensure satisfaction.
• Lead branch P&L, budgets, and cost controls.
• Develop recruitment strategies and oversee branch team.
• On-board new customers with terms, risk, and pay/bill negotiation.
• Conduct monthly KPI reviews with direct reports.
