Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our local team in Tarentum, PA. You will develop plans to grow new clients, strengthen existing relationships, and manage the branch P&L while delivering top service to candidates and clients.

Your role includes recruiting, training, and developing talent, ensuring SLA compliance, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management and efficient operations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Grow and retain accounts and win new clients; manage client requirements and SLAs.
• Lead branch performance, coaching recruiters, and optimizing processes to meet KPIs and budgets.
• Manage branch P&L, budgeting, and forecasts; monitor staffing and compliance; drive revenue growth.
