Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in Saxonburg, PA to grow and retain client accounts, manage P&L, and lead a branch team. You will develop staffing solutions, negotiate terms, and ensure service excellence for clients and candidates.

Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, guiding recruitment efforts, monitoring KPIs, and driving branch growth within a dynamic staffing environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and develop new clients
• Ensure client requirements are met and SLAs are achieved
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication
• Serve as escalation point for client issues
• Conduct monthly/quarterly business reviews
• Manage branch P&L and budget
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff
• Implement branch improvement processes to reduce costs
• Create recruitment strategies and partnerships with local resources
• On-board new customers including terms, risk, and rate negotiations
