Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our local branch in Pennsylvania. You will grow and retain key client accounts, manage a team of recruiters, and own branch performance metrics, including sales targets and cost controls.

You will collaborate with HR and operations to deliver excellent service to clients and candidates. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, while ensuring compliance and effective risk management.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales or branch leadership.
• Supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to expand client base and win back accounts.
• Maintain client satisfaction through regular communication and business reviews.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, forecasts, and cost control.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff; monitor performance and KPIs.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and oversee credit references.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety, and licensing requirements.
