SERVPRO of Austin & Albert Lea/Mason City is seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper to provide strong financial support for our Mason City Ames region. The role covers bookkeeping, cash management, and payroll, with emphasis on accuracy and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of QuickBooks Pro experience, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced office. Some remote work is possible for a strong candidate.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Pro (latest versions).
• 2+ years of experience with collection activities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and third party software.
• Bookkeeping: Create financial reports and perform analysis.
• Bookkeeping: Monitor and maintain inventory, fixed assets.
• Cash Management: Complete accounts payable activities.
• Cash Management: Complete accounts receivable activities.
• Cash Management: Prepare and maintain cash management reports.
• Payroll: Coordinate and administer payroll.
