The role covers payroll processing, monthly/quarterly/year-end statements, and QuickBooks Online training as needed. Office options include onsite, hybrid, or remote work arrangements, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to multitask efficiently with accuracy.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, and QuickBooks Online.
• Familiarity with GAAP and related tax rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-charge bookkeeping services to multiple clients using QuickBooks.
• Process payrolls, including direct deposits, and generate monthly/quarterly/year-end statements.
• Provide QuickBooks Online support and client training as needed.
• Assist in tax work preparation by catching up year activity.
