System One is seeking a Sales Representative - Business Development to drive new business for Clover, a cloud-based POS platform serving SMBs. You will conduct on-site demos, build pipeline, and close deals across your assigned territory in California.

This quota-carrying role requires strong outside sales execution, relationship building with business bankers and client partners, and a self-starter mindset to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to referrals.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience with quota attainment.
• Ability to conduct compelling on-site product demos.

Responsibilities

• Sell Clover POS to SMBs in assigned territory.
• Manage territory with branches; build relationships with business bankers; generate referrals.
• Conduct on-site product demos and presentations; close sales deals in person.
• Own full sales cycle: prospecting, self-sourcing leads, referrals, closing deals; accountable for territory performance and KPI attainment.
• Build lasting client and partner relationships; identify challenges; deliver proactive solutions.
