Job summary

System One is seeking a high-energy Sales Representative to drive business development for Clover, a cloud-based POS platform, across SMBs in a defined California territory. You will conduct on-site demos, manage relationships with business bankers, and close deals to hit targets.

You will source leads, leverage bank partnerships, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, delivering measurable revenue growth in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience with quota attainment.
• Experience selling to SMBs and delivering value propositions.
• Ability to self-source leads and build a robust pipeline.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills to meet targets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell Clover POS platform to SMBs in the assigned territory.
• Conduct on-site demos and presentations at client sites.
• Develop and manage a multi-bank partner network to generate referrals.
• Close deals and meet or exceed quota and KPI targets.
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships and provide proactive solutions.
