Job summary

System One is seeking a Sales Representative - Business Development to drive growth selling Clover, a cloud-based POS platform, to small and medium businesses in a defined territory. You will conduct on-site demos, build relationships with business bankers, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Ideal candidates have proven outside sales experience with quota attainment and can self-source opportunities while leveraging referrals to meet and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience with quota attainment.
• Ability to prospect, self-source leads, and manage referrals.
• Experience with merchant services, business banking, or payroll/HR a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell Clover POS to SMBs in assigned territory.
• Manage a multi-branch territory and build banker referrals.
• Conduct on-site product demos and close deals in person.
• Own full sales cycle: prospecting, pipeline, referrals, and closing.
