Job summary

System One is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to drive business development for Clover, a cloud-based POS platform, in a California territory. You will conduct on-site demos and close deals with SMBs, while collaborating with partner banks to generate referrals and expand the pipeline.

This quota-carrying role requires ownership of the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—and a self-starting mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to SMBs and/or through bank partnerships is preferred.
• Strong prospecting and pipeline development skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a California territory with multi-branch partnerships and clients.
• Conduct on-site Clover POS product demos and presentations.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Hit quota/KPI targets and drive growth + retention.
• Develop relationships with business bankers and referrals.
