Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Development Manager III to drive new client sales of financial wellness solutions across the Midwest Territory. You will identify opportunities, engage senior decision-makers, and collaborate with internal teams to close deals and expand relationships.

The role emphasizes building market presence, leveraging COIs and brokers, and delivering consultative solutions such as HSAs, FSAs, HRAs, and wage access to employers. Travel within territory required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales or consulting roles.
• Bachelor's degree required; higher education desirable.
• Experience selling to HR/Benefits leaders, brokers, and payroll/fin leaders.

Responsibilities

• Sets client acquisition strategies for financial wellness solutions and directs new client sales activities.
• Drives growth in revenue and market share by expanding client relationships and managing the sales cycle.
• Manages risk and ensures regulatory/commercial risk is mitigated.
• Builds and leverages networks with COIs, brokers, and strategic partners to grow pipeline and close opportunities.
• Travel within the Midwest Territory to meet with clients, prospects, and partners.
