Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a Business Development Manager III within the Financial Wellness Solutions unit, based in the Midwest Territory. The role focuses on pursuing opportunities with existing clients and targeted prospects, using a consultative sales approach to close new business and expand relationships.

You will position differentiated wellness solutions to senior decision-makers, collaborate with internal teams, and build market presence through COIs and brokers.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required; higher education desirable.
• Industry experience 8+ years typical; certifications may be required.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certs, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Sets client acquisition strategies across financial wellness solutions.
• Drives strategy to acquire/expand and retain client relationships and revenue.
• Manages risk/return and mitigates regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
• Focuses on client opportunities with insights on needs and wellbeing; drives engagement.
• Leverages relationships to bring entire bank to the client and cross-sell.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze and position financial wellness solutions.
