Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Development Manager III for the East Territory within Financial Wellness Solutions. This in-office role focuses on driving new client acquisition and expanding existing relationships with Large Corporate, DIG, and FIG segments, collaborating with Relationship Managers to close opportunities.

You will position differentiated financial wellness offerings to senior decision-makers, build market presence via COIs and brokers, and travel within the territory to meet clients

Qualifications

• University degree required. Higher level education such as a Master's or certifications desirable.
• Industry relevant experience typically 8+ years.

Responsibilities

• Sets client acquisition strategies and directs new client sales activities across financial wellness solutions.
• Creates and drives strategy to acquire, expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue.
• Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients.
• Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on client needs.
• Manages effective network of senior internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and inform on complex financial wellness solutions knowledge and benchmarking.
