Job summary

Chelsea Search Group is seeking a technically savvy Business Development Manager for ASIC and semiconductor solutions. This role bridges engineering expertise with business development to bring innovative semiconductor solutions to market for Mil-Aero, Industrial, and Medical customers.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to define technical approaches, develop estimates, and translate customer needs into compelling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Design Automation, FPGA or ASIC Design is required.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Close business by providing technical sales support during various stages of the sales cycle.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients by managing and interpreting their requirements.
• Develop technical and cost proposals for opportunities.
• Make technical presentations showing how products meet client needs.
• Travel up to 30% and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
