Job summary

Chelsea Search Group is seeking a Technical Business Development Manager to drive growth in ASIC/FPGA solutions across Mil-Aero, Industrial, and Medical markets. You will bridge engineering expertise with business development, translating customer needs into technical and commercial opportunities.

You will collaborate with engineering, product development, and leadership to evaluate customer requirements, define approaches, and develop resource and cost estimates for new opportunities.

Qualifications

• BSEE/MSEE or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in Design Automation, FPGA, or ASIC Design.
• 5+ years in the Semiconductor industry; advanced degrees considered with fewer years.

Responsibilities

• Close business by providing technical sales support during various stages of the sales cycle.
• Contribute to the development of the overall ASIC architecture.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and interpret their requirements.
• Develop technical and cost proposals.
• Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
• Travel up to 30% and coordinate sales projects; support pre-sales engagements.
