Job summary

Chelsea Search Group is seeking a technically savvy Business Development Manager for ASIC and FPGA solutions. You will bridge engineering expertise with business development, engaging Mil-Aero, Industrial, and Medical customers to translate complex requirements into compelling technical and commercial opportunities.

You will lead pre-sales engagements, craft proposals, and present architectures while collaborating with design, product, and leadership teams to drive growth in custom and standard

Qualifications

• BSEE/MSEE or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years in Design Automation, FPGA, or ASIC Design.
• 5+ years in the Semiconductor industry; advanced degrees considered with fewer years.

Responsibilities

• Close business by providing technical sales support during various stages of the sales cycle.
• Contribute to the development of the overall ASIC architecture.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients by managing and interpreting their requirements.
• Develop technical and cost proposals.
• Make technical presentations showing how a product meets client needs.
• Travel up to 30% and collaborate with sales and engineering teams.
