Qualifications

• Background in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, BIM, Construction, or related discipline.
• Experience in solution, software, or consultative B2B sales.
• Ability to engage both technical users and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a territory plan aligned to revenue and growth targets.
• Drive pipeline creation through new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
• Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, discovery, value positioning, proposal, negotiation, and close.
• Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders across engineering, design, and construction organizations.
• Translate customer challenges into clear business value, including productivity gains, risk reduction, compliance, and workflow efficiency.
• Develop compelling business cases, ROI justifications, and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with Technical and Services teams to support evaluations, onboarding, adoption, and customer success.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
• Provide market feedback on customer needs, competitive trends, and industry developments.
