Job summary

Graitec seeks a highly skilled Pre-Sales Consultant to join the Services team, collaborating with Sales, R&D and Customer Success across AEC and MFG verticals. You will lead product demonstrations, tailor technical proposals and guide customers from first engagement through implementation.

Responsibilities span pre-sales and post-sales support, training delivery, and collaborating with the regional team to generate case studies, webinars, and localized training materials while maintaining strong

Qualifications

3+ years of Revit drafting experience.
Strong knowledge of BIM processes and workflow-based software.
Experience in pre-sales or post-sales technical support is a plus.
Ability to analyse and document customer workflows and system configurations.
Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
Experience using MS Dynamics CRM and ERP concepts.
Familiar with StrucSoft Solutions in customer environments.

Responsibilities

Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with customers and prospects.
Understand customer workflows and provide tailored technical proposals.
Offer expert guidance on best practices and implementation strategies.
Collaborate with sales to support solution adoption.
