Job summary

Graitec is seeking a Technical Solution Specialist to act as an Ideate Evangelist, helping customers understand and realize the value of Ideate Software within the AECO industry.

You will develop technical content, deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and trainings, and engage with prospects and enterprise accounts to show how Ideate solves Revit and BIM challenges, improves data quality, and streamlines workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Technology, or related field.
• Strong ability to understand technical products and communicate their value.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Confidence presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset using insights to support decisions.
• Ability to work across international and cross-functional teams.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality technical content and customer-facing materials.
• Deliver product demos, webinars, training, blogs, and other content.
• Engage with prospects and customers to address BIM and Revit challenges.
• Onboard and enable new and enterprise customers.
• Represent Ideate at industry events, roadshows, and other initiatives.
• Provide feedback to Product/Development on recurring issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Support and other teams.
• Translate customer needs into clear requirements for product enhancements.
