Job summary

Graitec Group seeks a skilled BIM consultant in the United States to lead Revit drafting and pre-/post‑sales activities. You will analyze customer workflows, tailor technical proposals, and guide successful implementations with StrucSoft solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration with global teams are essential. Ideal candidates hold a architecture/engineering degree and Autodesk Revit certification, with 3+ years in BIM roles and experience using MS Dynamics CRM.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Revit drafting experience.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and workflows.
• Experience in pre-sales or post-sales technical support is a plus.
• Ability to analyze and document customer workflows and system configurations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
• Professionalism, reliability, and a proactive, hands-on work ethic.
• Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate effectively.
• Experience working with StrucSoft Solutions.
• Familiarity with ERP, MRP, CRM, or CDE systems.
• Experience using CRM tools like MS Dynamics.
• Confidence in engaging with C-level stakeholders and key decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical discussions with customers and prospects.
• Understand customer workflows and provide tailored technical proposals.
• Offer expert guidance on best practices and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support solution adoption.
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure successful product implementation.
• Provide technical consultancy and ongoing support to customers.
• Assist clients in optimizing their workflows with StrucSoft solutions.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback to support product development and improvements.
• Act as the main technical contact for customer requests and product enhancements.
