Job summary

ADP is hiring a bilingual Implementation Manager (Spanish) to lead the Implementation team, configure client accounts, and train clients to use our products effectively. You will guide daily activities, set priorities, and ensure client expectations are met with a strong emphasis on collaboration and integrity.

You will manage performance metrics, forecast, risk, and backlog while collaborating with internal partners to stabilize at-risk accounts and deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in client service or implementation.
• 1–3 years of people leadership experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking Spanish.
• College degree is helpful but not required; relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the Implementation team to meet deadlines with quality.
• Model and reinforce ownership, client advocacy, teamwork and business acumen.
• Develop and drive implementation strategies using data and client insights.
