Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end onboarding for ADP WorkMarket. You will partner with clients to understand objectives and requirements, then configure solutions and manage milestones for successful go-lives.

You will deliver training, ensure client readiness, and collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to achieve outcomes. A bilingual English/Spanish capability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a B2B client implementation, consulting, project management, account management, or customer success environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, with ability to support client communications, training, and implementation activities in both languages.
• Experience leading SaaS software implementations or customer onboarding projects.
• Experience managing complex project plans and coordinating multiple client stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt new technologies and software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of ADP WorkMarket, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding journey.
• Partner with clients to understand business objectives, workforce management processes, and operational requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment and successful client outcomes.
• Translate client requirements into effective platform configurations and implementation plans.
• Deliver customized training and best-practice guidance based on each client's business requirements.
• Manage implementation milestones and coordinate go-live activities to ensure timely project completion.
• Drive successful client adoption and readiness by ensuring customers are prepared to effectively use WorkMarket at go-live.
• Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication and successful project delivery.
• Identify implementation challenges and partner with clients, Sales, and internal stakeholders to develop effective solutions.
• Guide clients through implementation, go-live, and transition to Customer Experience for ongoing support and success.
• Maintain expertise in WorkMarket implementation methodologies, ADP products and services, and industry best practices.
• Participate in internal process improvement projects as needed.
