Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in client service or implementation.
• 1–3 years of people leadership experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak Spanish fluently.
• College degree is great but not required; relevant experience (e.g., military) is accepted.

• Lead daily activities of the Implementation team to meet deadlines with quality and metrics.
• Model cultural behaviours: ownership, client advocacy, teamwork, business acumen.
