Job summary

You will work with cross-functional teams, analyze client needs, and tailor ADP solutions to their business processes.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Basic project management skills required.
• Overtime hours may be needed during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients: create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Implement ADP Technologies: consult with clients and analyze systems to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution.
• Partner Internally: collaborate with sales and customer service teams and share project updates.
• Multi-Task - Communicate: manage multiple time-sensitive projects and keep clients informed.
• Organize: maintain daily schedule and handle high call volume, especially during peak periods.
