Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Project Specialist - Bilingual English/Spanish for the Essential Time Transformation Services Team. You will lead multiple projects, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and act as the SME to optimize system configurations and upgrades.

Strong Spanish skills and project management experience are required. You will ensure on-time delivery, maintain client satisfaction, and provide regular project updates throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish with strong communication skills.
• 5–8 years in ADP Client Services or similar supporting Essential Time products.
• 2–3 years of Project Management experience with proven task management and deadlines.
• Strong relationship-building with internal partners and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple Essential Time projects with detailed statements of work, plans, timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and record hours post-project closure.
• Serve as SME to guide project workflow, optimize configurations and upgrades, and customize features per client requirements.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely updates and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform rigorous testing to ensure functional and performance criteria are met and conduct post-project reviews.
