Job summary

ADP is seeking an Implementation Manager to guide the daily activities of the implementation team, ensuring timely delivery and quality while upholding client-centric practices. You will train and mentor staff, leverage data to shape strategies, and collaborate with internal partners to stabilize at-risk client accounts.

You will lead executive communications, forecast and backlog management, and drive continuous improvement across the team, contributing to a productive and engaging work

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience required.
• At least three years of people leadership experience required.
• Strong ability to lead, train, and mentor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of the Implementation team to meet deadlines and quality.
• Model cultural behaviors and advocate for clients to achieve metrics.
• Develop and drive implementation strategies using data and client input.
• Manage forecast, risk, backlog, and performance trends proactively.
• Coordinate with internal partners to address client health and stabilize at-risk accounts.
• Communicate with client executives and maintain strong relationships.
