Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support development and submission of proposals. The role involves coordinating with sales, engineering, finance, legal, and operations to ensure timely, accurate bids.

You will draft content, manage timelines, and maintain bid libraries while ensuring compliance and customer requirements are met. Hybrid on-site work is available with some remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in bid coordination, proposal writing, sales support, or project coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end bid and proposal process
• Track deadlines, requirements, and submission schedules
• Gather information from internal teams (sales, engineering, finance, legal, operations)
• Draft, format, and edit proposal content
• Ensure submissions meet customer requirements and compliance standards
• Maintain bid libraries, templates, and supporting documentation
• Organize review meetings and follow up on action items
• Submit final bid packages through customer portals or required channels
• Support post-submission activities including clarifications and lessons learned
• Review tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, and ITTs
