Job summary

Trane Technologies in Wilmington is actively seeking an Equipment Sales Administrator to join our team. You will prepare and manage customer quotes, bids, and proposal documents while reviewing bid requirements and developing accurate cost estimates for Trane materials and services.

You will coordinate equipment, controls, and services for each project, prepare submittals, and provide reporting on bid activity and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in engineering, engineering technology, or related field, or 1–3 years' related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage customer quotes, bids, and proposal documents.
• Review bid requirements and ensure submission criteria are met.
• Review Plans & Specifications and develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Coordinate selection, pricing, and integration of equipment, controls, and services for projects.
• Prepare, finalize, and review preliminary and final proposals.
• Prepare equipment submittals and validate equipment selection.
• Provide reporting and analysis on bid activity, win/loss trends, and turnaround times.
