Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, English, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience in heavy civil infrastructure proposals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, RFPs, and bid documents to identify requirements and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain proposal schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and coordination tools.
• Coordinate inputs from project teams, estimating, operations, and leadership.
• Prepare, write, edit, format, and assemble proposals and presentations.
• Gather and maintain project experience, resumes, statistics, and other content.
• Maintain proposal database and boilerplate content for accuracy and consistency.
• Support pursuit interviews with presentations and logistics.
• Conduct market and procurement research to support planning.
