Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Project Developer to support design-build and energy performance contracting projects. You will work with internal teams and customers to scope, estimate costs, and prepare proposals for turnkey energy solutions.

This role requires strong technical aptitude, project management skills and collaboration with energy engineers. You will help develop budgets and RFQs, coordinate with subcontractors, and advance projects from concept through construction while ensuring

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering, Technical field or Business required.
• Ability to audit existing mechanical and building systems and recommend solutions.
• Proficiency with design software such as Visio or AutoCAD and energy simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC systems and solutions with Trane equipment and other leading HVAC systems.
• Support Account Managers with budgets, RFQ scope, plans and milestones.
• Provide technical support in pursuit of Trane business and participate on strategic teams.
• Manage design from conceptual site plans to construction documents.
• Continually validate Design-Build Turnkey and ESPC processes and drive improvements.
• Ensure secured customers from Project Development through project transition.
• Assist acquisition efforts and support customer satisfaction.
• Some travel required.
