Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Bid Coordinator to support the development and submission of proposals. You will coordinate the end-to-end bid and proposal process with internal teams across sales, engineering, finance, legal, and operations to deliver compelling responses.

Responsibilities include drafting and editing content, tracking deadlines, ensuring compliance, maintaining bid libraries, and guiding post-submission activities through reviews and ITT/RFP processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in bid coordination, proposal writing, sales support, or project coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

What you will bring

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $43,541.66 - $61,179.99 Compensation Type: Exception Hourly Incentive Eligible: No Sales Commission Eligible: No Disclaimer: We strive to provide competitive compensation for this position, tailored to a variety of factors.
