Job summary

ADP is hiring a Relationship Manager -- Employee Benefits. You will serve as the single point of contact for a book of business of Group Health Insurance clients, owning and servicing the relationship as a benefits expert.

Your proactive, consultative education and support will drive client satisfaction and retention. In this role you will collaborate with Product Management, Implementation, Payroll and Sales to coordinate solutions, review plans, and advocate for clients across ADP services.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of related insurance experience.
• Life - Health Insurance Producer License.
• A college degree is great but not required.
• Skills to do the job are more important than formal education.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client's primary contact and internal advocate.
• Maintain understanding of the client's group health portfolio and ADP services.
• Coordinate communication among Product Management, Implementation, Payroll and Sales.
• Own the client relationship by building trust and understanding insurance needs.
• Provide proactive, personalized support and liaise with carriers for a seamless experience.
• Manage benefits renewals and support Open Enrollment.
• Design and implement employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life, disability.
• Negotiate with carriers for best rates and terms.
• Conduct virtual meetings to review plans and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, plans, and compliance.
