Job summary

ADP is hiring a Relationship Manager – Employee Benefits to be the single point of contact for a book of Group Health Insurance clients. You will own, manage, and service the relationship as a subject matter expert in Employee Benefits, delivering proactive, consultative education and support to drive client satisfaction and retention.

Expect to collaborate with Product Management, Implementation, Payroll, and Sales, and provide ongoing benefit renewals, Open Enrollment support, and carrier

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of related insurance experience.
• Life & Health Insurance Producer License.
• College degree is great but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s primary contact and internal client advocate.
• Maintain understanding of the client’s group health portfolio and coordinate communication with partners.
• Own the client relationship by building trust and understanding insurance needs.
• Provide proactive, personalized, strategic support and liaise with carriers for a seamless experience.
• Manage renewals, Open Enrollment, and prepare quotes and benefit guides.
