Job summary

ADP seeks a Relationship Life Cycle Consultant based near Charlotte, NC, to strengthen client connections through benefit education strategies and consultative services for assigned accounts.

You will drive client satisfaction and engagement by optimizing plan utilization, collaborating with Sales, Brokers, Implementation, HR, and Operations, and delivering virtual, onsite, or recorded benefit presentations. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of client service or client relationship management experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience in benefits.
• Strong presentation skills with large audiences.
• Strategic thinker able to assess needs and offer innovative solutions for clients.
• Willing to travel to support client visits and strengthen relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute benefit strategies and communication year-round for assigned clients to drive plan participation and retention.
• Conduct worksite benefit meetings and quarterly wellness sessions for new hires and open enrollment periods.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive benefit strategies for worksite enrollment.
• Upgrade knowledge and skills through training sessions and becoming a benefits SME.
• Adhere to a daily schedule coordinating meetings, calls, and partner connections.
