Job summary

Concentrix is hiring an Analyst, Benefits to support Total Rewards by evaluating, implementing, and administering benefit programs that attract, reward, and retain employees. The role focuses on health, retirement, and voluntary benefits, with data-driven insights to inform management decisions.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree (preferred), strong communication skills, and experience with Workday. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Proficient Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and implement benefit programs (health, welfare, retirement, executive benefits, local allowances, voluntary benefits, and related tools).
• Gather, maintain, analyze, and report benefit data to support management decisions with clear visuals.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement innovative benefit solutions aligned with strategies.
• Review benefit coverage and costs as required by local authorities.
• Design, test, implement, and manage files for benefits programs and processes.
• Respond to information requests during the leave process and monitor impacts.
• Review proposed benefit adjustments for compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Evaluate programs, trends, and regulatory changes to suggest improvements.
• Assist with participation and analysis of global/local benefit surveys.
