Qualifications

• 5+ years in benefits/total rewards roles with 2+ years of team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business, Finance, or related field.
• CBP/CEBS/SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and improve benefits programs across health, retirement, and leave.
• Partner with brokers/vendors on plan performance, renewals, cost containment, and program optimization.
• Ensure ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and other applicable regulations are followed.
• Oversee HRIS benefits modules and related processes.
• Provide guidance to HR partners and people leaders.
