The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of benefits experience, familiarity with U.S. regulations, and proficiency with Workday and Microsoft Office. CEBS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of professional benefits experience.
  • Knowledge of U.S. benefit laws and regulations.
  • Experience managing benefit programs in manufacturing helpful; Workday preferred.
  • CEBS or similar certification preferred.
  • Proficiency with Windows software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Administer and coordinate daily benefits programs for Westlake employees.
  • Serve as a primary contact for benefits questions and vendor support.
  • Ensure timely, accurate life events processing and ACA open enrollment support.
  • Provide backup for leave administration and timecard entry.
  • Prepare benefits cost and utilization reports; audit enrollment data.
  • Develop and update benefits communications and training for field personnel.
