Job summary

Bright Horizons Children's Centers is seeking a Total Rewards/Benefits Analyst to manage and optimize employee benefits programs including medical, dental, life, and disability coverage. You will ensure programs run in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements while supporting clear communication across teams.

The role can be remote, hybrid, or in-person at our Newton, MA headquarters, with compensation up to $80K plus health, dental, 401K, and other benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in benefit management, analysis and administration.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and planning and organization skills.
  • Clear and effective communication, both verbally and in writing, with various audiences.
  • Adherence to data protection laws with discretion when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and implement innovative Total Rewards program offerings.
  • Create/maintain benefit policies and provide recommendations on best practices.
  • Liaison between TR COE and HRSC as well as other COEs.
  • Subject matter expert and key point of contact for complex issues/resolution.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Support maintenance of Total Rewards communication portal.
  • Oversee compliance tracking and regulatory submissions.

If so, our new opening for a Total Rewards/Benefits Analyst may be for you! As our Analyst, you will manage program execution, communication, and evaluation of Total Rewards offerings. This includes analyzing, managing and supporting employee benefits programs, such as medical, dental, life and disability insurance, and other voluntary benefits. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that the programs are running effectively and in compliance with all company policies and practices.   • Manage and implement innovative Total Rewards program offerings

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in benefit management, analysis and administration
  • Excellent and demonstrated knowledge of benefits administration, policies, procedures, practices, products, services and tools
  • Understanding of HIPPA, COBRA, ACA, related laws and reporting requirements
  • Excellent project management skills, including ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and planning and organization skills
  • Has the ability and/or experience collaborating with diverse teams
  • Clear and effective communication, both verbally and in writing, with various audiences
  • Adherence to relevant data protection laws, with appropriate discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential and/or personal information

This role can be remote, hybrid or in person at our beautiful Newton, Massachusetts headquarters. It will pay up to $80K yearly and comes with full health, dental, 401K and other optional benefits.
