You will serve as the main client contact, ensuring accurate records and regulatory compliance, while collaborating with providers to implement effective benefit plans.

The role supports 8am-5pm workdays, with hybrid arrangements after 90 days, and a salary range of $70,000–$80,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in benefits administration or related field required.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, retirement).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and benefits administration software.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to benefits administration.
• Analyze and review benefits programs to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate open enrollment processes and provide educational sessions for clients and employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in benefits administration systems.
• Collaborate with insurance providers and vendors to negotiate and implement benefits plans.
• Prepare and present reports on benefits utilization and program performance to clients and management.
