Job summary

Core Brokers Insurance and Risk Management is seeking a Benefits Account Manager to oversee employee benefits accounts (health, dental, vision, life, disability) and ensure accurate administration and renewals. You will be the main client contact, respond to inquiries, coordinate with carriers, and prepare renewal presentations.

Based in Costa Mesa, CA, this on-site role requires collaboration with producers and internal teams to deliver high-quality service and maintain compliant account

Qualifications

• Experience managing employee benefits accounts including renewals.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to explain benefits clearly.
• Proficiency with benefits technology platforms (Employee Navigator, Ease) and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of group health and welfare benefits, compliance requirements and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee benefits accounts and renewals.
• Serve as primary client contact for coverage and plan design inquiries.
• Coordinate with carriers and prepare proposals and renewal presentations.
• Resolve enrollment or claim issues and ensure accurate administration.
• Analyze benefit options and support open enrollment activities.
• Maintain detailed account records and ensure regulatory compliance.
