AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager in San Diego, CA. The role manages employee benefits accounts across the lifecycle, including carrier marketing, proposals, pricing negotiations, and open enrollment.

The candidate will work with carriers, clients, prospects, and internal teams. Requires a Life & Health license and 5+ years of employee benefits experience. Base salary ranges up to 115k with bonuses and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health license required.
• 5+ years employee benefits experience in insurance/agency.
• Experience with renewals, carrier marketing, proposals and open enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee benefits accounts through new business and renewal processes.
• Develop marketing plans for new/renewal benefits with internal teams and clients.
• Prepare and submit benefits marketing submissions to carriers.
